Do Something Different
Have you ever done something completely against the norm? Such as water skiing in January? We have. In fact, we’ve done it every year for over 20 years. Every January, a group of avid water skiers and dedicated volunteers work together to raise awareness and funds for three East Tennessee charity organizations.
The 22nd Annual Shut Up and Ski Event will take place on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Volunteer Landing. This event presents a wide array of opportunities for companies and individuals to partner with the Eskimo Escapades Foundation. Our commitment is to further the work of three organizations - the Dream Connection, the Patricia Neal Innovative Recreation Cooperative, and the Adventure Amputee Camp – through raising awareness and funds to support their work in the East Tennessee community. In the 22 years that Eskimo Escapades has existed, we have donated over $390,000 to these organizations and helped countless individuals with serious illnesses and disabilities.
